19.01.2022 Some of the showjumping photos from our 3 Phase Event on Sunday. Again photos were taken of every showjumping rider - if you haven't received your photos by messenger yet please contact me (Janine White) :) Please note all showjumping photos were taken by my daughter Laura White.

17.01.2022 Five members enjoyed a lovely "waddle" from Gleason Park, Lachlan to Black Halls Gully and return today as a "Wombat Waddle" fundraiser to raise money and awareness for the mange plight of wombats. Many thanks to Damian Bester from New Norfolk News for giving up part of his weekend to speak to us, and also to local wombat saviour Vanessa Fletcher for giving us some of her valuable time.

16.01.2022 December Rally 13/12/20 That’s a wrap for our rallies this year!! A cracker of a day to send off the year that was 2020, albeit rather warm, but the constant breeze made it bearable . Not the busiest rally but it was nice to have the smaller groups and get some closer attention from Jill and Celia. The Green Horse in hand lessons went really well, we hope those who took up the opportunity found it useful. Merry Christmas everyone - despite COVID it has actually been a very successful year for our club, all thanks to our Superstar Committee and members. Stay tuned for the rallies in January

15.01.2022 DVHRA would like to thank Kahli Robertson from Clover Equine Services for sharing her passion and knowledge about bits, bit fitting and bridle fitting today. A great learning opportunity for our members!

12.01.2022 3 Phase Event 2020 Done and dusted What a spectacular day in New Norfolk. After originally being cancelled due to COVID, then rained out a few weeks ago we really couldn’t have asked for any better ... Congratulations to all our competitors today This event really is about participation over competition. I know there were quite a few ‘firsts’ for many of our horse and riders, lots of pushing personal comfort zones and achieving goals. It’s a pleasure to be able to host an event that fosters such amazing sportsmanship and a supportive environment. A HUGE Thank You to our amazing DVHRA Committee for their hard work and dedication to pull this altogether. Also to our wonderful members for their contribution of time and resources both yesterday and today to ensure the day ran smoothly. Another Thank You to our lovely judges Lyn Bourn for Dressage, Bec Lynd for agility and Sue Rowlandson for SJ. Without judges none of this would be possible. Here is the handful of of photos I managed to take. But stay tuned for more photos from our resident photographer Janine White

12.01.2022 This young man, what a super handler! Encouraged his pony the whole way around agility, us as adults could learn a lot from him. It was a pleasure to watch him :)
