If you’re using any medications and pills, keep in mind that alcohol may react with it. Last Sunday we went live with our strength, conditioning and mobility co ordinator (Mark) Hassan @hassan_m.aiava highlighted mobility and strength issues and solutions with emphasis being ankle,hip and knee rehabilitation post surgery in its acute phase as well as ongoing. Mark graduated with a Bachelor of sports science: biophysics in 1996.... He spent his younger years as a professional athlete and is currently the director of THE INSTITUTE OF ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE in Victoria (@iaphallam). Mark jumped on board with DESA consulting in 2019. His history of extensive work in rehabilitation and mobility with pro athletes also inspired him to work with the wider community in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Unfortunately inaccurate post recovery treatments long term effects can in some cases be irreversible and diminish a persons quality of life. Elle is a patient from our clinic who was diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine check up. She kept her mind strong and body as healthy as possible. During and post chemotherapy she still wanted to train. With Desa consulting’ E.S.S Mark Hassan Aiava she was able to continue to recieve support and work on specific area...s appropriate to different stages she was journeying through. Post mastectomy, she was given lower body exercises and abdominal exercises .
