11.01.2022 I may not be able to make my huge 10inch carrot cake in the Thermomix but it doesn't stop me putting it to work on the prep. 500g grated carrot 3secs, 300g of pecans 5 secs. Forgot to take a photo of the finished product. There was none left so I assume it must have tasted good.

09.01.2022 I love this ganache for my cakes. It never fails me. Temperature controlled heating for the cream and I don't need to watch it. It takes less than 10 minutes. Another quick job done with my Thermomix
