15.01.2022 APPRECIATION POST Just want to give a shout out to our wonderful local council - In March 2020 desert goddess beauty clinic was forced to close for 11 weeks due to covid restrictions, ... The town of port hedland recognized the extremely challenging time this created for all of our local small business and went into action, expanding their usual tourism only grant, to assist locally effected businesses which then helped them reinvent how they manage their own businesses during the tough times. Desert goddess beauty clinic was one of the lucky businesses that received this grant and were able to use it towards taking our business digital, with marketing, online sales and advertising. This created an entire new avenue within our business and was so successful that home deliveries of our retail range have continued even now, as we have reopened. The beginning of this year has been the most challenging thing we have ever faced as a small business and I will never be able to express how truly grateful I am for all the wonderful support we received from The town of port hedland, our incredible clients, fellow business owners and the rest of the community Extremely thankful to be part of the Port Hedland community, there is nothing better than the love and support of a small town during a hard time.
