06.01.2022 I guess like most of Sydney I am stunned that we could get so close to the end of the year and now be thrown into chaos. It has been at the same time the longest and the shortest of years. Last week having dinner at Barangaroo, the full restaurants and number of people out and about it was easy to think we were heading towards normality. But most of all like thousands of others I was looking forward so much to a holiday, 10 days in Tasmania with so much planned. This happened in a flash overnight, and it may be weeks or months until borders are rolled back and no chance of NZ opening in the early New Year. So for now we just carry on
