25.01.2022 This home was designed a few years back, the client wnated another project designed so it gave me the chance to take some photos of the home. The home is built in face brick, client wanted to have minimal maintenance on the property, we also designed the entry so its side facing as the picture shows. 13.01.2022 This apartment development has recently been finished. The attached photos shows the finished project as well as the 3d images that were drawn at the planning stage. This was a challenging project as the site sloped quite a bit, we managed to fit 3 substantial apartments, and a cafe on a 500msq site. Even with these challenges we manage to create four beautiful two storey units with three bedrooms and spacious living/entertaining areas. They are looking great. When buying a lot, it is important to check if the contour of the property is flat or sloped, as a sloped site will increase the cost of earthworks and construction. But again, if your property is sloping, dont panic. With good design these costs can be kept to a minimum.

This has been a challenging project as the only access for the builder was through a very narrow lane way, which made it interesting trying to get all the materials on site to be able build the townhouses.
