21.01.2022 What you see here are few examples of Lighting Design Compliance for all types of indoor and outdoor lighting. Perhaps this is a part of lighting design services that we have been busy working on for the last three years!! D&C design and AGI32 lighting calculations for lighting design compliance, emergency lighting coverage and lighting design for VEET (Victorian Energy Efficiency Target) scheme, are the services that we have never promoted but our clients knew our capabi...lity through word of mouth. We have seen increasing demands on this sector from repeat clients and referred clients in the last two years. Let alone this year, we have had 12 projects (small to large scale) and 5 of them are D&C with 2x VEET. We have grown our team especially in this field in order to support the high demands. We found ourselves really enjoy working on this type of project as we get to assess issues as quickly as possible to keep pace with the speed of construction work. It challenges us to find the best solution for our clients which helps us grow in confidence each time. Bow has over 15 years experience not only in creative lighting design but also in technical lighting calculations and regulations. She got high distinction in Lighting Design Software (AGI32) from her Master Degree in Illumination Design. 18.01.2022 Came home from a Christmas holiday with a bunch of beautiful rosemary and new vases. I arrange them in a vase on the bedhead and highlight it with Marset reading light. 17.01.2022 Went to site tonight to adjust garden lighting. I designed the lighting that the residents can enjoy the view of the garden from their balcony and also it can be seen from street view as well. The slope of the site is challenging but I have selected the luminaire that work well for both scenarios. The signage will be installed to the middle wall which is softly lit by spike lights. We might need to add two extra lights depending on the final design of the signage. 13.01.2022 During this time of year it supposed to be a very busy time at Sydney airport. I normally fly back to Thailand every Christmas but this year we have to live with new normal life. For me, I miss the airport, I miss going there and I miss working on airport projects. Flicking through photos of Sydney Airport on Instagram made me smile to see our collaboration work with @umowlai_integralgroup for Sydney Domestic Airport Terminal 2 and to see that people are having good time... at the airport knowing that they are going to see their families and love ones especially during the pandemic. Seeing comments and photos on Insta makes me feel very grateful to have an opportunity to be a part of this project to create something beautiful and meaningful for others. 06.01.2022 I’m at site getting track lights to be installed for my Centennial Park property. Lighting for corridor is very important and it makes the place pop! These lights are very good for artwork as I can adjust the beam width for 3 steps by just simply rotate the front cover of the spotlight. Very handy indeed! 04.01.2022 Lighting plays a big part of making rooms look nice and feel good. My personal small renovation project doesn’t have much budget for lighting but it turned out quite nicely. The apartment was leased within 3 days!! The agent said we broke the record of the last 9 months. We also got the highest price in this block since covid! We had it up online on Wednesday and today, Friday it was leased! Many people turned up on Wednesday and we got offered higher than the set pri...ce.
