15.01.2022 The client, Clive, required a 3D render of the kitchen area for his proposed property development of 4 x single bedroom units. My image was used to promote the sale of the units off plan before construction commenced. The kitchen design was already decided on but the architectural firms fees were out of the clients budget. In step me!

13.01.2022 This has been, by far, one of the largest and most challenging rendering jobs to date - In fact it was my first commercial job! Plans were to be used in a franchise document to show all the key and mandatory elements of any Core9 Gym premise. I needed to source all the BIM models for the gym equipment and develop the signage and posters and check point monitors. Then render images to the highest quality for print - all on my then standard run-of-the-mill lap top! How little did I know! Fast forward 2 years and I am now equipped with a Laptop designed especially for CAD and 3D rendering which is at least 6 times more powerful than the last. Can't wait to sink my teeth into another job like this - anyone??? *A special thanks to Craig at Core9 for granting me permission to use these images as examples of my rendering services.
