24.01.2022 Michele's dress that I made in 2010.. I loved this dress.. She looked really pretty in it.. Simple cut but time consuming because of the appliques.. When I work with materials like this, I take it into my dreams for a couple of nights and with the help of my fairy godmothers, we work out what to do .. because there is no way I can afford to replace the material if I ruin it.. lol ..

19.01.2022 My very special clients .. What a lovely idea to treasure the memories of loved ones who passed on.. These teddy bears are reminders of father and son.. Their old shirts are now made new to keep them close to and give comfort to Julie .. As I always do in this job, I put my heart and soul into working on these special little outfits.. Im so glad Julie was very happy with them.. And I am very grateful to her for inspiring me.. ... I love my job..

14.01.2022 I started working on this dress 2 days before the occasion.. That was hectic.. I am not prepared to put myself under that kind of pressure anymore ..

14.01.2022 Jumpsuit is back....Its one of my favourite things to wear 30 something years ago..I was a lot smaller then so it looked right on me.. Back then, I made them tight fitting because I reckoned that jumpsuits should be worn like a glove ..The last time I made me a jumpsuit was 20 years ago..I didnt think I would be wearing jumpsuits again at my age now , but I thought, why not..Obviously I cant wear anything tight fitting at my age and my size, but I realised I can still enjoy wearing jumpsuits if I make them loose and using printed materials would hide the body rolls.... 13.01.2022 I did a lot of beading and jewellery making .. and I loved wearing all red.... back then, I thought it was a good idea to match jewelries with the colours of my outfits.... But now that my hair turned grey, I seldom wear red..and because my eyes caught up with my aging process, I dont do much beadings any more like I used to.. I am more relaxed now too after my decision to retire from sewing..

12.01.2022 Molly&Kyle 's Beautiful Wedding in Noosa .. ( Nov.2018 )... ..After I finished the job making the wedding dress, the bride's maids , the mother of the bride's , the nan's and the aunt's dresses, I honestly felt very proud of myself .. lol .. because I love what I do.. When you put your heart into all the things you do, you will overcome challenges.. All you concentrate on is being inspired ..

11.01.2022 My special project done!.. took me almost 9 hours to make ..lol.. because of my painful ageing process, I am a slow worker now. plus fybromyalgia and vertigo attacked bad in the last couple of days...but she needs it tomorrow so it must be done..She inspired me and patience with my painful ageing got me through..I could have done much better but vertigo showed up.. I hope Makayla likes it because I put my heart into it. I hope it makes her happy..

07.01.2022 At last, I finished working on my AngelAudrey's Quilt ;) <3 .. fibromyalgia flared up so It took nearly 45 hours for me to make .. I can now start on other projects .. ;)

03.01.2022 I made 7 of these giant Santa stockings .. one for each of the grandkids ;) .. They are 30 inches long .. I charged others $30 to sew up one stocking .. materials not included ... I hope the grandkids will enjoy them and keep them as remembrance from me . ;) <3

02.01.2022 A brides maids dress for a Muslim wedding that I made a few years ago..

02.01.2022 I really wasn't sure about this old sewing machine that we got for $18.50 somewhere in the very outback of Australia.. It felt like we were driving forever to this place on a cold gloomy day with the trailer in tow.. The house was probably 60 something years old .. lovely country house except that the garden was a little overgrown.. No one's home so we just put the money in an envelope and dropped it in the door's mail drop..That was quite an experience picking up this old sewing machine that smelt rotten and rusty...lol.. Listening to my voice, I do kind of sound bossy like what people always say to me ..ahaaha! .. but I am actually a very submissive woman . ;) .. just ask the man with very few words .. hahah! .. ;)
