24.01.2022 I am sorry to have to inform all our hosting 4u clients that our servers were hacked on Saturday morning, and we have been working with our server company to get restored. We finally got acress to our servers from our server company after they sorted major problems early this morning, but thee servers have been destroyed to a larger part. Most websites and unfortunately backups have been deleted as well as all the cron systems that ran it.... We are in discussions with our recievers and the server company to see where we go from here. We are sorry and devastated and as this is the only way we have to keep you informed we will post on here as to developments

20.01.2022 I am sorry you are all asking for information we cannot give you at present, we have not done this On purpose, the server's were hacked by outside interference nothing to do with the recievership, we are not going to scam anyone, we are not going to suddenly charge people to get websites back and have not been done this on purpose. If we could supply you with the information you want we would have done so already. We are trying to get what we can back ... and we are sorry but... at present there is nothing else we can do to help and it's impossible to talk to everyone as we can only tell you exactly what's been put on here. If you approach another hosting company they might be able to help get you set up, there are a few like Telstra, web central, Melbourne it, that should be able to help out even some cheap hosting like crazy domains.... You might not have your website but they should be able to help you set up your emails When we have more information and will post it on here.

This is a total lie, our the servers are paid up and the recievers have no intention of dropping them. This is an intentional money grab from eworld who have been holding up our getting everything back to normal by offering to buy the company from the recievers and then doing this to avoid actually having to pay for the company.... The many clients who begged us to moved them from eworld will know just how bad they were. If the company were to shut the server's down we will recommend affordable alternatives for you to help with moving your site. Thank you

Due to the server becoming unresponsive we have had to perform an unscheduled reboot of this server. The server is stuck at boot process with message "Cannot create /sysroot/selinux/enforce: Read-only file systemWe". We are currently investigating the issue.
