25.01.2022 This is a quick video of the sculpture entries for the CAS Annual Exhibition which opened at the Cairns Art Gallery at 40 Abbott St in Cairns on the 17/01/2020.

22.01.2022 One of my favourite mediums is polymer clay. I used to decorate cakes for quite some time and it is very similar to using the fondant icing as has a similar texture and applications. An old habit from cake decorating is to steal a small piece of the icing as you work, but I can assure you I only mistakenly did that once! This is a close up of a spherical bowl made in what I think of as waves with roses embedded in the gaps of the waves. Kind of like a wedding cake...but not.

21.01.2022 A little late I know but this is the 2019 video of my works. Looking forward to new techniques and diiferent styles of creation during this year. Just had one of my wire pieces travel all the way to Denmark so that is wonderful!

18.01.2022 Fairy completed with full wings. I love the way the film used on the butterfly wings (in her hands) reflects the sun and washes colour over the wire. Colour changes depending on the sun angle.

10.01.2022 My little wire buddies are made from some of the shorter left over lengths of wire I inevitably have left over (laying about everywhere according to my husband) This little fellow looks like he is enjoying a day in nature and he now lives in Bayview Heights

06.01.2022 This was a wire fairy I created about 4 years ago. She is about 180cm tall and about 100cm wide, depending on how her wings were positioned. Made entirely of aluminium wire she can be a garden fairy or an inside fairy. I do not know who purchased her (as I sold her through a third party) but I hope they are loving having her as part of their family.

01.01.2022 This light sculpture is my latest project (in progress). Would love to hear your opinions. Will end up 2.5m - 3m high and be hung from the ceiling or put on a stand on the floor. Not finished yet but well on its way.
