25.01.2022 The utilitarian spaces of this home are hidden behind timber lined walls at either end of the kitchen; a laundry to one end and a scullery and garage to the other. This concealment along with an airy and textural colour palette encourages a place for relaxation away from task areas. The presence of the dual frontage is commanding whilst subtly housing a car garage to one frontage a boat garage to the other. We were very proud to have this residence nominated for a 2016 HIA award for the high quality building work completed by Dnd Evolutions.

22.01.2022 Progress on site. With the scaffold removed the form of this eight apartment building is now taking shape. Brackets are being installed around the curved planes ready to grasp onto vertical fins of timber.
