25.01.2022 Check out Sunday's STM for scoop on new Design Theory project Bam Bam Boo at 140 William in the city. New age Chinese BBQ duck, dumplings and noodles. Project started in April 2014 to develop a new concept for serving fresh, fast, high quality food in an urban setting that was inspired by China's regional recipes and ingredients. The interior complements the authentic food with interactive elements and natural materials and is designed on the concept of a traditional family courtyard where inside and outside blend.
