20.01.2022 Brisbane Ave Umina Beach project nearing completion. Started with last years hail storm damaging the existing old flat roof. This client wanted a complete renovation including new floor plan layout, kitchen, bathroom, California oak flooring , doors and windows. The highlight for me was creating the new alfresco entertaining area at the rear with a new 4.5 metre stacker sliding door from Stegbar. Itss ready for Jimmy the client to paint
