16.01.2022 Please Read Over the past 2 weeks I have had three people not show up to their appointment. No message, no warning and no apology or explanation afterwards. I shouldn’t have to wait around wondering whether you’re going to turn up or not. If for whatever reason you can’t or don’t want to come to your appointment please just let me know! ... I’m an understanding person and I’d much prefer to have a cancelled booking than to wait around and plan my day around your scheduled time. From now on if 10 minutes goes past your scheduled time and I don’t have any notice you may be running late or you’re still definitely coming your appointment will be cancelled on my behalf. Please just do the right thing.
