22.01.2022 This is just a courtesy message to let you know that i am almost booked out for christmas so please book in if you haven’t yet or you may miss out! As it is a crazy time of the year for everyone, especially now with the easing of restrictions. ... I thought i would let you all know now that if you are needing to change your appointments last minute, it may not be possible for me to do (even if I would love to squeeze you in, i’m almost at capacity) Due to it being the busiest time of the year, I will be working extra hours to accommodate. (up until 9pm) I currently have a cancellation policy in place and I will be enforcing it through the month of December as a small business i am positive all of you will understand. I already have a cancellation list running and it’s not fair on other clients if they miss out due to a No Show or Last Minute Cancellation If you don't show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and have to pay a deposit for your next appointment to secure it, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service. I hope that everyone understands and that anyone who needs to change any appointments please be in touch with me as soon as you can so i can fill any spaces with another client ++ Yes, i will be taking 2 weeks off in January for myself to enjoy a small break, so please book in before i close on the 30th December to have some time for myself in the New Year. 22.01.2022 Unfortunately we all had some quite disappointing news today. Dan Andrews announced our roadmap to recovery which stated that beauty's closest opening date will be NOV 23rd. I'm still here. My business isn't going anywhere but we all must follow the guidelines as much as possible to get on the other side of this as soon as possible. ... I am extremely thankful for every message of support I have received, they mean the world Please everyone do your best to keep your chin up. 10.01.2022 : Health & safety is my number one priority and to abide by the victorian covid rules, below is a list of the new requirements that i have put in place to keep us all safe. I will have hand sanitiser available on my front desk for you to use before entering and upon exiting.... Please do not bring any guests or children with you to your appointment due to social distancing. Feel free to bring a blanket along with you if you feel you may get cold as bedding has been removed due to our new rules. If you are unwell or sick in any way, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive unwell i have to refuse service. I will have a client covid safe form for everyone to fill out prior to there treatment. I will be wearing the appropriate mask and PPE as per usual & if you would like to wear your own mask & gloves feel free to bring them along with you. This means the rate and spread of infection is expected to dramatically increase in all countries. Its important to remember, there is no need to panic. Because of this, I have decided I will not be seeing any clients exhibiting cold or flu symptoms eg. fever, cough, runny nose etc. if you are unwell, please contact me to arrange another appointment. The World Health Organisation believes we can control the spread of (COVID-19) by simple hand hygiene, cough and sneeze etiquette and staying home when you are unwell. I send a reminder text 24hrs before your appointment for a confirmation, and if i dont hear back i normally send another so you have plenty of time to reschedule to avoid a fee. ... - Appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 24hrs notice period will be charged 50% of service. - No shows will result in full price being charged. - For full set of eyelash extensions we require a $20 deposit to secure booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total balance on the date of service. - Please be 100% certain about your appointment as deposits are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable.
