24.01.2022 One of the many ways we support our immune system in our house hold is through juicing. 200mls celery juice and 1/2hr-1hr later 200mls green veggie juice daily. Healthy whole food lunch and dinner. We juice veggies for the fortnight and freeze them all in jars. Each night we get them out to defrost ready to drink the next morning.

15.01.2022 Hubby lost 10kg in 6 weeks My gorgeous husband Jeffro was not happy about weight gain, high cholesterol and poor blood liver results. He asked me what to do. I said fresh vegetables juices and a plant based diet for 3 months and then recheck cholesterol and liver levels. He said what are the alternatives. I said illness, disease and death. He chose the new plant based diet. ... Wow I am so proud of him he has been dedicated in regaining his health and has been successful already. Love a good healthy daily detox program. Jeffros 3 month program. 1. On rising the juice of 1/2 a lemon in a cup of warm water. 2. 1/2hr later 200mls organic celery juice 3. 1-2hrs later 200ls organic vegetable juice. 90% vegetables and 10% fruit juice. 4. Fresh salad or vegetables for lunch 5. Fresh salad or vegetables with healthy protein for dinner 6. Healthy snacks eg fruit, raw nuts and seeds 7. No meat or dairy For even better results also eliminate alcohol, coffee, processed sugar and all processed foods. This vegetable juice is only for a short period of time. Once detox is finished the vegetables will be blended rather then juiced to retain all the good fibre. We shop at the markets to buy organic veggies on Sunday and juice everything for the week. We freeze them in glass jars and get them out the night before we want to drink them.

The focus needs to change from negative whinging and blame to focusing on positive changes and actions that will result in regeneration of our planet. Our goal this weekend is to redirect our grey water from the drain to the garden.

07.01.2022 What is yummy, warming, nourishing and supports my health????? Ginger, turmeric, lemon and raw honey tea, homemade of course!!! I am very impatient, especially when busy, but also like to be healthy. So I try and make bulk and freeze anything I can. ... For my nourishing warming tea; 1) Grated fresh ginger and fresh turmeric in the vitamix 2) Squeezed fresh lemon juice 3) Spooned the ginger and turmeric into silicon freezer trays 4) Poured lemon juice on top 5) Put in freezer 6) Once frozen store in container in freezer 7) Take out one cube when you would like a cup of tea and add hot water 8)Wait for water to cool a little and add raw honey to taste 9) Can keep adding hot water to cup or thermos all day until it becomes too weak to drink 10) Can add to water bottle and have cold and sip all day Tip 1; Dont add a lot of turmeric if you are not use to its strong flavour. Tip 2; Turmeric stains everything so protect benches and clean up quickly Enjoy

05.01.2022 I truly believe this works! I walk bare foot in the back yard and in nature as much as possible. My favourite place to walk is the beach. If your not real sure, give it a go as its worth researching and trying.

02.01.2022 Have you checked out the free Park run events in your area??? You can also walk them. My husband Jeffro and I want to increase our fitness so we are giving the Lake Mac Park run a go (No you dont have to run it!!! Thats our goal but walking first will be a great start). So many good reviews about these community run events from friends. We walk regularly on and near the beach but we both need a challenge to step it up. ... I love how you can sign up, measure, record results and you are only competing with yourself (and Jeffro lol, I like to win). I unfortunately get bored easily so I also love the idea you can attend other park runs in the area.
