24.01.2022 I have finally achieved my goal. Thanks to COVID -19 all my photos have been scrapbooked. The only thing left to do is write about COVID-19 and the effect it has had with our family and make cards of course. Let me know if you have reached a goal or partial goal during iso. 20.01.2022 I love these new markers from CTMH. They are called Antique Elements Metallic Markers (page 73 in the core catalogue). I used a stencil and coloured the sections using antique pearl, rose gold and aged copper. The markers work best on black or dark cardstock. 18.01.2022 Saturday 2 May was National Scrapbooking Day in the USA. Due to the time difference it was Sunday 3 May here. I made these cards using the NSD Carding Making Bundle no.2 - CC7214. These cards can be given to someone you know working in our essential services to thank them for keeping us safe. I especially love the card with the shopping trolley, so I will be giving this to my favourite checkout chick when I see her next. 14.01.2022 These cards I made during the week: Paw prints on your heart stamp D1975. I don’t have any pets, but I have friends who do, so it’s nice to give them a card when they lose one of their pets. For cat lovers - Cattitude stamp D1953. For any birthday- Floral details and background stamp C1868. I coloured it in using the tri blend markers and stamped some flowers. Then used Stickles glitter glue on them to make them sparkle. Hope I can inspire you to try your creativity.

11.01.2022 I used black card stock and embossed it using the Quilt Embossing Folder Z3663. I used the Sweet Hummingbird Stamp and Thin Cuts Z3725 to cut the flowers and hummingbird. Then coloured them using the Tri Blend Markers. Attached a half inch strip of B & T paper at the bottom and a sentiment. Products available until end of June. Visit www.deslened.closetomyheart.com.au
