I am deeply grateful for the gift of all th...ese extra days and months and years; all this time I’ve been able to spend with my beloved children and their partners; time in which I’ve achieved ‘impossible’ goals like joining the Knitting Nannas and being invited by Pilyara Press to publish my novel, Transit of Angels. Living on my bed, I have the time and spaciousness to be mindful; to notice and appreciate birdsong, sunrises, the slow turning of the seasons. And I’m grateful for dear friends and for my wonderful support workers who make it possible for me to live a rich and rewarding life. Today is a day for celebration and gratitude See more
