But what has been AMAZING to watch, is the way people have been looking out for each other... reaching out and asking each other ARE YOU OK? We are watching workplaces checking in on the mental health of their employees and people reaching out to each other... just because. . Because of @ruokday conversatio...ns around mental health are becoming the new normal. We are learning that we have been conditioned to respond Im fine, even when we are not. And we are also learning that we often ask people how are you... without really listening to how they are. We are slowly learning that its ok sometimes to not be ok.
