22.01.2022 Something Im noticing during this realignment to my fitness and well being. I can always find a reason to not go to the gym or why Ive earned a break or blah blah blah. New and creative ways to avoid doing what I know to be right for me. Its such a joy when you set aside that voice, thank it for its opinion and reconnect with why its all important. Then you begin to find new a creative ways to do what you set out to do. I love what Ive learnt and how it helps people and how it has enabled me to help myself. Ps weight update 95kg 2 weeks and 2 days to go. As my personal trainer once said. Ive never walked out of the gym and gone, Damn I wish I didnt that Food for thought
