20.01.2022 As different as Easter will be this year, there are some things that we shouldn't do without and hot cross buns are high on that list. So, get a move on and make sure you order yours. We've made a list of what buns you can get where, with tips for eating said buns from those in the know. We have even included a recipe (baking is big at the moment). So once buns are secured, arrange a Zooming Bun moment with those you should. Links in the bio. Happy Easter, everyone. @ Fremantle, Western Australia

15.01.2022 We have been thrilled to work with the WA Museum on the brand development of the Vikings: Warriors of the North, Giants of the Sea exhibition which is opening this weekend at the WA Maritime Museum in Fremantle. When we think of Vikings, we think of fierce warriors wielding blades of iron and steel. We imagine sleek, powerful vessels carrying fearless raiders across treacherous seas to invade foreign shores. It was a time of conquest and colonisation, although their legacy is... defined by more than the battles they won. The exhibition features the largest collection of Vikings artefacts ever displayed in Western Australia. The exhibition features over 140 authentic artefacts dated between 750 and 1100 CE, each offering a unique glimpse into this fascinating time in European history. Our shared images are from the setting up of the exhibition by the team from the National Museum of Denmark. Only at the WA Maritime Museum in Fremantle, December 12, 2020 May 16, 2021. 13.01.2022 On Friday night, The Pingelly Recreation and Cultural Centre was awarded the most esteemed accolade, the George Temple Poole Award, at the Australian Institute of Architects (WA Chapter) Architecture Awards. Designed by iredale pedersen hook architects in collaboration with Advanced Timber Concepts Studios the project is situated on the perimeter of the town’s established sporting oval and is crafted from prefabricated engineered timber, with the jury describing the design as... exemplary in its approach to sustainability and community impact. ‘It’s the ultimate nod to country life, contributing to the economy of the Wheatbelt community and long-term reconciliation,’the jury said.
