21.01.2022 In Shawarma Veritas Last Sunday saw our return to Summer and yet another jam packed kitchen takeover. This time around it was a 9 course Middle Eastern experience topped with locally sourced beers and a metric tonne of wine. Head Chef @buchnik and Maitre @marco_difederico were in charge of the kitchen with the feast inspired by Buchnik’s hometown Tel Aviv and let me tell you; the two did not disappoint....
