24.01.2022 Who is excited for the new Townsville City Plan?! Council has adopted the scheme and it will take effect on Monday 27th October. So from the 27th all building applications will be checked/assessed against the new City Plan.

20.01.2022 One of our amazing staff members, Declan Drumm has recently obtained Charted Building Control Accreditation with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The Certificate of Accreditation is confirmation that you have the competence, ethical standing and up-to-date knowledge needed to act as a building certifier with RICS. The RICS Accreditation Standards Body for Queensland is a body approved by the Department of Housing and Public Works to assess the educational qu...alifications, experience, competence and continuing professional development of applicants wishing to gain or renew their Certificate of Accreditation in Queensland. Declan is now continuing his studies by working towards obtaining Level one Accreditation as a Building Certifier with RICS.
