24.01.2022 Yagan Square is turning heads internationally it’s just won a prestigious Urban Land Institute Asia Pacific Award for Excellence. The Square was commended for reconnecting our city both physically and culturally, creating a one-of-a-kind civic space in the heart of Perth. Creating Yagan Square was a huge collaborative effort, so well done to everyone who helped make this happen!

23.01.2022 Peel Business Park in Nambeelup has reached a major milestone with the completion of works for the stage 1 subdivision and titles now issued. https://bit.ly/2DS0oOx Located at the gateway to the Peel agricultural region, Peel Business Park is a central part of the State Government’s Transform Peel initiative which aims to establish a new economy in the Peel Region, creating more than 33,000 jobs and injecting $1 billion a year into the WA economy by 2050. Stage 1 is expected to generate 300 jobs during construction and more than 160 jobs once complete.

19.01.2022 Here's your chance to farewell PMH. Western Australians at home and all around the globe are being offered an opportunity to farewell Princess Margaret Hospital prior to demolition by submitting their memories and experiences into a unique digital time capsule. The time capsule will be buried in a reflection area at the Subi East PMH neighbourhood and opened in 109 years. The hospital closed its doors to patients for the final time in June 2018, after 109 years of caring for ...WA children and families. While that vital work and support continues at the new Perth Children’s Hospital, the legacy of PMH will continue on as we work to deliver the new Subi East inner-city village. 14.01.2022 Today, Premier Mark McGowan announced the official start of work on Ocean Reef Marina! He also committed $6.5million towards new facilities for Marine Rescue Whitfords, Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club and Joondalup City RSL, and he announced that Ocean Reef Marina would be home to Perth’s first coastal pool!

06.01.2022 Working with local contractors, we've completed works on the new Broome Motocross track on behalf of the Shire of Broome, which is the first stage of the larger Broome Motorplex masterplan. Planning, development and delivery of the Motocross track located just 10kms from the town of Broome on Cape Leveque Road has been done in close consultation with the local Broome Junior/Senior Motocross Club, and the outcome is a state-of-the-art facility that’s already attracting riders and fans from afar. The two day opening event on October 3 and 4, 2020 had 109 nominated riders and crew travelling from all over Western Australia https://youtu.be/KbryL-kJero

04.01.2022 Premier Mark McGowan joined us to unveil a new road and release a new general industrial precinct in Rockingham. The new road unlocks 73.5ha of new strategic industrial land in Rockingham Industry Zone, creating up to 165 construction jobs and 310 operational jobs.
