Particularly as we are studying and working from home it's easy to forget to take breaks and continue working past the normal working hours of the day. Our tip for this week is to schedule breaks (and take them!) to allow your brain to rest and recharge. You need time to process information and often it's more effective to take 15 minutes off to breathe an...d relax than it is to try to push through a mental block. And often we're a lot happier by the end of the day when we do.
