25.01.2022 We recently had a call regarding a John Deere 6330 Premium. The Customer was not happy with his machine saying it was not as capable as his 6320. This machine w...orks on a Macadamia farm near Gympie. It’s mainly used on a 4000 litre tow behind fan sprayer. The hydraulics on the spray rig require 70hp so did not leave much for the steep runs on the farm. Target spray speed is 5.5 klm per hr. On the down hill and flat runs this was achievable, the steep runs it would not achieve 1.5k per hr and break traction. This would add a lot of time and planning to spraying having to turn the sprayer off and drive to the top of the runs and come back down. After the Agri Tune remap it now holds 5.5 klm per hour even on the steepest runs while spraying and a full tank. Temperatures are down considerably and saving 2 litres per hour. 24.01.2022 6430 we recently tuned, customer felt machine was feeling under powered and not holding its own as well as it should, After a custom Agri Tune Australia remap, Tractor is now pulling up the same hills 2 gears better and engine temps are running cooler than previous.

14.01.2022 This 6105R had the DPF block at just over 4000hrs, causing the machine to derate, a new replacement filter is $4500, We were able to carry out a DPF delete with our custom Agritune Australia software, allowing us to remove the blocked DPF filter,... Machine is now up and running code free and at half the cost of a new filter

07.01.2022 Few of the machines we have tuned lately, 6110M, customer was chasing more power as machine felt under powered and a bit lazy, Pre tune, machine struggled to do 38km/h up the highway, ... Post tune, tractor held 42km/h up the same bit of road, and got to top speed quicker, 8235R, Customer was chasing more power and torque, we also carried out a DPF delete and EGR delete on this machine, 6430, Customer was buying a larger multidisk, and wanted the extra torque to be able to pull the implement on some hillier ground, N80 hilux, customer was after more power and torque for a better drive,

04.01.2022 Couple of tractors we have tuned the last month, 6140M, on a hoe and rippers, Machine is a gear higher on a fairly steep uphill climb and dosnt bog down as much under heavy load These things come up a treat! Being the smaller model in the range, there is a lot of potential there,... 6520, instantly noticed the power increase of around 30%, customer can now upgrade his 7tyne ripper to a 9 tyne and cover more ground quicker, without upgrading his tractor or using more fuel! 8295R these things come up a treat, with about 40% power increase, will hold on a lot better and not die off on large hills

04.01.2022 This impressive rig was being towed behind a JD 8230 fitted with a well-known chip but still wasnt seeing the results they needed. Following the Agritune custom... software tune we now have a more than impressed customer who commented: "Massive difference in the lower rev ranges. Can take off at an idle with the machine in the ground now. Not that I'd need to do that but still impressive."
