21.01.2022 Check out this story by ABC Northern Tasmania for a fantastic insight into the history of the Julie Burgess. I recommend visiting the Bass Strait Maritime Centre and going for a sail on the Julie Burgess while you’re visiting Devonport. An experience that will take you back in time!

07.01.2022 Deborah (aka ‘GanGan’) received a little visitor while cleaning Cameo Cottage. Children are very welcome to stay at Cameo Cottage. There are two single beds and plenty of room for a cot if required. The cottage is located close to family friendly activities, including the Bass Strait Maritime Centre, Bluff Beach and playground, walking tracks, Splash Devonport Aquatic and Leisure Centre, MINI GOLF DEVONPORT, Reading Cinemas Devonport.

03.01.2022 So lucky to live in this beautiful part of the world! Mt Roland received a dusting of snow this weekend and is a stunning sight. The mountain is visible from Devonport, or you will get a closer look at Sheffield which is only a short drive away.
