24.01.2022 This is our signature flavour, 'Not Your Granny's Apple Pie'. It's been with us since our very first menu. Because it's been so popular, we've been asked to never swap it out for anything else. - To achieve the perfect balance of sweetness versus tartness, crunchy versus soft, we use a blend of several red apple varieties alongside Granny Smiths - Then we add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and lots of butter to get our wonderfully fragrant and delightful apple filling that goes... into this gelato. - That, and a lot of care and love. - TAG someone who'll enjoy this treat on such a beautiful day.
