21.01.2022 MEET SHADOW Sweet Shadow is a beautiful young girl who has had a bit of a tough start, but is now ready to find her foster or foster with a view to adopt home so her new life can begin. You would never guess that sweet little Shadow has had a lot going on in her short life with how happy she is. She just LOVES people, including kids. Since she’s just a puppy though, Shadow does get quite excitable, and so tends to jump so may not be suited to living with children under 5.... We’ve also been told that she loves the sprinkler and running around playing fetch. She is mostly toilet trained, and as a young girl, Shadow will thrive with ongoing training and socialisation. While she does get along with other dogs, she hasn’t learned to be polite when meeting them yet, so if she were to go to a home with another dog, he would have to be tolerant of her puppy antics. Terra is the kind of girl who loves her cuddles, especially after a full day of play time. She is quite a high energy dog who needs plenty of mental stimulation and loves chasing things. Unfortunately this does mean she does have some separation anxiety and so needs someone who is home more often than not and can work with her so she learns that when you do go out, you will come home to her. She does tend to get a bit jealous of her food though, so will need to be fed separately. Weve also been told that you need to keep an eye on your coffee, as she tends to enjoy a bit of a caffeine fix when she gets the opportunity, which is very bad for her health. Wed love to see him out and into a home soon as he does have some sores on his back that need looking at (the rescue will cover vet costs while he is in foster care). 05.01.2022 BUSTER IS JUST THE SWEETEST GUY.. ADOPT ME APPROX 7YO - MIXED BREED MALE... Buster is a gentle, happy boy who will be right by your side at all hours of the day. He is very friendly to everyone he meets and is an incredibly loyal companion to the people close to him. All Buster wants is to please and is loves attention, we're also told he grew up with young children, so is good with kids! He is great on lead and is happy to walk right beside you. Buster is an incredibly chill/easy going dog when you are home with him and throughout the day you will find him napping as close to you as possible. Although Buster is 7 years old he is showing no signs of slowing down. He loves long walks and runs, and especially enjoys playing fetch. Buster knows how to sit, give paw and is great at recall. He is a very quick learner and eager to please so would easily learn more with you. Buster is good with other dogs just a little unsure how to play, which means after the initial meet he usually becomes uninterested, just happy to relax in their company. Buster does not like being left home alone and is looking for a family that can work on improving his separation anxiety (he is currently on medication to help calm his nerves.) So a home where people are home more often than not, is the perfect place for him.
