25.01.2022 Craving a cheeky mid-week dessert? We have the perfect single-serve cookie cake from House. Ingredients: - 1/2 banana - 1/3 cup self-raising flour ... - 1 tbs sweetener - 1 tbs protein powder - 1/3 cup your preferred milk - A handful of chocolate chips Method: Preheat oven to 180C In a bowl add half a banana and mash it. Add in flour, sweetener and protein powder. Slowly add in the milk until a thick batter forms Stir well until combined. Fold through choc chips Pour into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes Served on an Alex Liddy Acacia Wood Mini Serving Board

20.01.2022 Warm-up with this Apple & Blueberry Crumble Don’t forget to serve with two scoops of vanilla ice cream (or three!) House Ingredients Fruit Compote: 4 golden delicious apples, peeled and cored... 200g frozen blueberries Zest of half a mandarin 1 tsp vanilla cup caster sugar tsp ground cinnamon tsp ground ginger Oat Crumble: 1 cup plain flour cup rolled oats cup light brown sugar tsp sea salt flakes 115g unsalted butter melted Method 1. Preheat your oven to 180 C / 160 C fan-forced. 2. Make the oat crumble by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing well to combine. Stand aside until needed. 3. Make the fruit compote by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan. 4. Over low heat, stir gently for 15 minutes until the apples have softened, blueberries are no longer frozen and sugar is dissolved. 5. Transfer the compote to a baking dish, cover with the crumble mixture and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the crumble is toasty and golden.
