01.01.2022 Why we have a compulsory UNIFORM: 1. BRAND IDENTITY - Our unique sublimated design is recognisable from a distance and we stand out from the crowd. We wear it with pride! 2. SAFETY FIRST - All pieces of Dance Force uniform have been carefully selected as the safest and most practical options for all genres of classes we offer - hence they are compulsory! :-) They are also easy to spot in a crowd for when we have external performances or overseas tours. 3. UNITY - Students who... dress similarly develop a sense of solidarity and belonging, creating an atmosphere where teamwork is valued, and performance ultimately improves. Uniforms also smash the barriers of hierarchy enforcing the point that were all this together. 4. GOOD HABITS - Students who are dressed in uniform tend to take better care of their image, instantly setting them apart as professionals in adulthood and encouraging organisation. 5. CHARACTER - Our uniforms do not eliminate individuality. Our students have fun participating in the occasional free dress day; however, these days are not the focus for these kids.
