23.01.2022 We have been a little slow on the socials lately due to work being extremely busy. But this @Homag edge banded deserves to be photographed. Customer rang with a motor protection error. Diagnosed a faulty motor. Will get this rebuilt and have it back up and running in no time!
20.01.2022 This why preventative maintenance is so important. Cleaning this Biesse Beamsaw has shown us a worn out main saw motor cable. Being able to spot these issues before they shut machine down means less down time and more production. Please take maintenance seriously. It can save you thousands in the long run.

17.01.2022 A throw back to 2016 with the instal of this huge Flat bed CNC from the Homag Goup subsidiary, Weeke. A 2006 plated machine that is still churning out doors in Hamilton, West Victoria at Platinum Products.

16.01.2022 Been a bit slack on the social media as its business as usual and its busy. Last two days have been spent replacing Y axis bearings on a Biesse Rover 24. Please keep an eye out on your machine with Auto lubrication units and make sure they are working properly. If you need me check yours contact me and Ill book In a time. It can be an expensive repair if bearings fail!
14.01.2022 Complete rebuild of the glueing system on the Homag VFR postformer! No wonder the customer has been having glue issues with the state of this system. When the parts arrive this glueing station will be good as new!
11.01.2022 Almost completed this Biesse Rover G today. Some new ducting and tooling on the way, then connection to Cabinet vision tomorrow will see this machine in production tomorrow afternoon.
11.01.2022 This is what a faulty Y axis gearbox looks like on a flat bed CNC. Always a good idea to test your machine on a regular basis to test its accuracy and finish.
07.01.2022 Not a great screen to see on a Brandt edge banner, but it’s happened. Parts on prefer and we should have this machine up and running very soon.
