25.01.2022 Custom fuel system including an upgraded in tank fuel pump. Custom surge tank installed with raceworks pump. There wont be any more fuel starvation issues in this AU anymore.

24.01.2022 Its not all race cars and 500horsepower builds here. Our local business is also busy keeping other businesses on the road. Maintaining work vehicles and equipment is important but we all know sometimes shit just happens. Big shout out to repco for delivering a new hub and bearing set to the boys on the side of the road for us to repair this trailer, bearing collapsed bellowing smoke out this was a bad one. 17.01.2022 Over the weekend the boys at DG did this thermo fan conversion on this XG XR-6 falcon ute. Scrapping the original 3 belt setup and clutch fan for the XH serpentine belt and AU thermo’s. The owner of this vehicle won’t have to worry about the car getting hot anymore!

Old dts turbo has a lot more shaft play than we like so on with a mamba tdo5 18g turbo and then we can turn up the boost! 09.01.2022 A turbo upgrade that was completed in house here a while back on an 80 series landcruiser, 1hdt engine. These custom ct26 turbochargers from Munro Racing Turbochargers definately wake up the old landcruisers. The injector pump on this one cannot supply anymore fuel. Not even pushing this turbo hard but it is still very happy at this level serious response and smooth power. Real good Dont forget glen can make a turbocharger to suit any of your power goals. 09.01.2022 Who likes an old falcon? We have been doing a lot of talking behind the scenes with the crew about this one. Finally putting it into reality now. We have sorted out the engine conversion ( a lot of custom fabrication) and for now it is a secret but with parts such as Custom twin fuel pump setup with a very large 100mm thick cooling pro intercooler that has been modified to fit. With 1500cc injectors on the way and a custom turbo manifold currently in the works it is a pretty ...serious setup. Undecided on turbocharger choice yet but it will be a rather large quality unit from the garret GTX range (leaning towards the gtx42 range) Aiming to have this built for summernats 2021 but with a crew like we have it is definitely achievable. 09.01.2022 2 reverse cowl fitted to one of our customers cars, full flat rub and polish and it’s back to looking its best. What a tough rig, wouldn’t want to line up with this clubby at the lights. 04.01.2022 Remember guys, dont just forget about servicing your car. She wont be right. It will let you down right at the time you need it most. I don’t think i will need to tell you which one of these is a healthy engine or not. Small price for a service saves a lot of hassle for an engine swap. The owner hasn’t had this car long, we supplied and fitted a good condition second hand motor and got him back on the road. #DGgarage

04.01.2022 When should you replace control arm bushes? Although there is no determined lifespan on your suspension bushes or any control arm, panhard bush ect... they definately require a regular inspection, while they are in the car it is not always as easy to check for movement in the bush. Instead you must visually inspect them for cracks or splits. Watch as we inspect these bushes for wear.

03.01.2022 A bit of a reminder guys. When doing intercooler pipework minimum silicone joins is the key. Keep it to a minimum and try to use stainless/ aluminium bends with straight couplers. Especially on a big boost setup, 30+ psi through the old td42 and this silicone bend said no more This blokes hard on the gear! Cheers, DG
