19.01.2022 This morning I received a Nutella kiss from my daughter who had Nutella whiskers. You might be thinking that is not what I would expect a Wildfit coach to post but we all do the best we can do. During the 90 day challenge you certainly would not eat Nutella for some of the time (ok maybe most) but at the end you have food freedom and you can take it or leave it. During my challenge I remember licking my fingers when I was making it for the kids and it was so so sweet. 03.01.2022 Sometimes when we make a change we have to prepare...I get that but sometimes those things are just extra hurdles to keep you away from achieving what you really want to do. What I hear in yoga is I need to get more flexible to start, with WILDFIT I just need to give up this food to start but actually the best is just to start from where you are at and build from there with the support and guiding steps that lead you on your path. Feel in your heart of where you you would like to go and just start from here!
