25.01.2022 Welcome back everyone! We've missed you - it's been so long! We are so pleased to be re-opening and we understand that there is much anticipation from the community also. Relax with sound meditation. Share and come together for magic and intuitive practices in a women's circle.... Find your bliss in yoga. We are working on a new timetable to suit the new allowances. Expect to see classes scheduled on the hour most evenings. They will be shorter in length to allow for the smaller class sizes but we will have more of them and you can always book multiple sessions if you want to spend your whole evening with us. Meditation and spiritual services will be a little easier to manage and we look forward to some divine sound healing classes as soon as we open. We will email out the class descriptions and new timetable as soon as possible and of course we will be posting on our social media accounts too. We will take bookings from 9am Monday 2nd of November and classes resume the following week, on the 9th. You can book in store, online or via phone. 13.01.2022 December 21st marks the longest day of the year and the Summer Solstice for us here in the Southern Hemisphere. 2020 has been a fabulous year for spiritual gr...owth and awareness of the bigger picture regarding our personal lives, our community and our planet as a whole. (There has to be a silver lining in here somewhere, right?) Furthermore, the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn creates the appearance of a very bright star in our nights sky. This light is famously referred to as the Star of Bethlehem, the guiding light that appeared to the three wise men and led them to the birth of baby Jesus. We trust that each of you is starting to feel the magic of Christmas now! Here at the Dharma Centre, Laya held a beautiful yantra ceremony in the Dharma Centre last night for our yoga and meditation students. Laya is trained as a Swami (Spiritual Teacher) of the Hindu Tantric tradition. A Yantra, is a colourful pattern made from rice, created with a meditation mindset to usher in the Hindu Gods and Deities. Australia's original people have welcomed this special date too, with the urging of meditation and heart opening ceremonies held at Uluru last night. Due to circumstances, many were unable to be in attendance at the sacred site itself, however a great conscious awareness of Uluru was created in the minds of many practitioners who held the heart space and therefore supported the ushering in of a new Aquarian era on planet Earth. Worth noting, that many are turning their attention to the skies with recordings of orbs, flickering lights and shooting stars becoming more common. We expect more of this in times ahead as our celestial friends are making themselves more known to us. The Dharma Centre at Rosebud Health Store is a Meditation and Yoga Centre with spiritual practices drawn from Eastern traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism.
