24.01.2022 PROFFESIONALS LUCKS MOTIVATION AND FAITH, AND IT IS A WORK-CULTURE PROBLEM. In my opinion, what proffesionals lucks is motivation, this is because they are either not religious or they do not know how to find good motivational sources other than other people's thoughts (or quotes). Motivation is very important in all sort of development, because we never really stop developing even though you are on a job for so long, you certainly needs something that resonates with your ...higher-inner-status or who you made yourself to be right from your first job to date. When we first enter our first job, that culture, and formal status makes you who you are, in other words, workplace culture brings tremedus change to your being. So be it good or bad, work-culture makes grown up look stupid, we adapt a personality that is either stupid, or can not suit the best possible self that we can be. We are taught how to dress, we are taught how to speak, or even make us stupid on what we are good at from the beginning. But, there is a catch, we can be the best role models by good practice, something not taught anywhere but religious culture. By religious culture I don't means you start going to church right away, but symbolised that beliefs to your culture (or what I called personality). Your personality comes from your likes, things such as dressing goes well with your speech. Things such as wearing gold-plated cross makes you a gentleman. Wearing suits does not real have absolute best presentation standards. Wearing a nice watch, gold-plated cross, and some classic pants and shirts looks better on you than a suit. Because in the beginning, the idea of "Jesus" and although hidden, is to be like a bachelor or a minister in the modern term or thinking. Jesus is the best bachelor or minister of a gentleman you can find elsewhere. So, I think, when you represents "Jesus's believes ", you can be the best bachelor and this will make you feel good about yourself. It will increase your motivational needs and you will be round the clock and you may notice people say that you are of a good character and can be followed. See more

So I say once more, that proffesionals lucks motivation because of the work-culture they are made to address or behave like, I am sorry to say that these ain't always the best way to develop an effective personality. An effective personality is simple, once be classic and modern and avoid anything that relates to feminism by all cost. The idea for you is to show case that you are a bachelor, with classic watch, long-sleeved shirt, cross necklace and some sort of modern boots. To end it, try to be like Jesus and always have FAITH!!
