24.01.2022 Hi everyone, After listening to your feedback, Monday sessions have moved; classes are now held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays stay 1:30-3pm and are $17.... Thursdays 6-7pm have begun and are $15. Pensioner discounts are available. Please chat with me to arrange this. I hope you are all staying well. See you for stretching and relaxation soon. XXDhonda

05.01.2022 Hi everyone, Thank you to all the early morning risers who joined me down the foreshore over weekends in Summer. I hope you enjoyed your yoga with a view! There will be no yoga this coming week though due to the Adelaide Cup holiday on Monday and I will be heading to Adelaide with mum on Tuesday.... I look forward to seeing you all back at the regular Monday and Tuesday classes the following week, starting March 21. Peace, Dhonda XX

02.01.2022 Re triathlon. Two classes of Beachfront yoga will be held on Saturday,13th Feb in front of Kingston caravan park. First class as usual 7-8am, second 5-6 pm. No class will be held on Sunday due to Triathlon. XX Dhonda
