09.01.2022 Every once in a while something stupendous rolls around in the scootering world. Few would deny that this is one of those moments with the release of the Tigara Grande by Royal Alloy. It’s a remake of a Series 2 from 1959-60, and a very faithful tribute I must say. Complete with front mudguard of truly epic proportions, very recognizable side panel contours and THAT horncast in aluminum. All this on a full metal body, Piaggio 300cc 16kw liquid-cooled motor, Bosch ABS and mor...e, all boxes ticked... Could so much scootering goodness be real? Indeed you are not dreaming and they are heading to our shores as you read. Full details on Royal Alloy websites royalalloy.com.au/TG300 royalalloy.com Get in touch with Alex here to register your interest or if you have any Q’s. As usual first shipment is strictly limited numbers so be quick, secure your TG and choose your colour This may well be the last scooter you will ever need... d'Honk!

07.01.2022 Denis on his Black Yuminashi-equipped TT125 and Nigel on Australia's (the world's?) last brand new white TL200. Nice touch with the black light hood and crash bars on the TT, and thanks to Paul at City Skoots Adelaide for supplying the TL complete with 200 decals, fiendishly difficult to apply. What better way to cross town? In continental style and out in the Covid-free fresh air! Good choice lads, welcome!! d'Honk!

05.01.2022 BONKERS TT125 DEAL / STEAL Stop what you’re doing for a minnit!! I have an absolute BARGAIN on offer here...the Scomadi Turismo Technica 125 Air-cooled was $5999 +o/r NOW $4500 +o/r... That’s a $1499 saving and that’s a potty price for this fantastic scooter. FEBRUARY ONLY!! FLOOR STOCK ONLY!! We need a bit of space for a new shipment, so this is your chance to score a bargain and scoot off on one (or two?!) of these beautiful Scomadis!! The TT125 colours really pop, one each of Yellow / Orange / Blue / Black / White / Silver+Blue available at time of writing (see pics). If you don’t do a lot of +100km/h work, and your routes are more Brunswick to Brighton then these 125 scooters are perfect! Lighter and so nimble with a noticeably smaller turning circle, they leap off the mark and really get going, I love the way they ride. I admit I may have been guilty of expounding the 2-up motorway worthiness of the 200s (well they are amazing) at the expense of these fantastic scoots. These nifty beasts have the same gorgeous classic bodywork as the 200 but are now almost half the price. Jump on one while it’s still Summer! Finance available!! (TAP) Then scoot to St Kilda, park proudly on the promenade and leap over the sea wall for a spot of sea bathing!! Sounds alright :-) d’Honk!
