25.01.2022 Client @darcy.tayla killing it #Repost @darcy.tayla with @get_repost 2 years ago vs today, that bag of dog food I used to work out today is the amount of weight I’ve managed to lose and keep it off. I can be so hard on myself when I fall off the wagon and binge a little, but when I compare photos I realise how far I’ve actually come and how much better of a relationship I have with food is. I’ve worked really hard to get to where I am, although I still have a few goal...s to reach. I now everyone is probably sick of my transformation posts, but I’m just really proud of myself. Also shoutout to shane who has had to spend the last two years never eating the same food at the same time, missing out on takeaway because it didn’t fit into my calories or wasn’t my ‘cheat day’, and dealing with my hangriness! But most of all for always supporting and loving me regardless of how much I weigh and making me feel beautiful you’re the real MVP See more

24.01.2022 Online client @katefyander progress together so far. 7kg loss in 7 weeks, still enjoying foods she loves. Calories are 1700 and haven’t changed in a while. But with her consistency to tracking and ticking all the goals each day she continues to progress.

24.01.2022 Don’t stray from your goals whatever they may be because you are afraid of how someone will react. The ones that matter will be happy for you and support you. The rest? Well who cares. All of you Follow your dreams and do what makes you happy, because how good is it seeing people do well

22.01.2022 Client @victoriia.cooper came to me 6 months ago with the goal to gain overall muscle but mainly focus on glute growth. we have kept her in a calorie surplus in this time and focused on progressing in movement we set in the plan. I think we have definitely achieved that goal here . Amazing work legend. ... Now to start a diet phase and lean out before we push calories again.

21.01.2022 We keep upping the food and Kathy keeps getting leaner . Not bad for iso mate, you’re killing it. @gypsy001

19.01.2022 Are you still working in Iso? 2 weeks gym

16.01.2022 Today’s check in with @alexcorbett1 5 weeks post comp prep and on to the reverse diet. End prep - 1460 cals - 56.3kg Today - 2210 cals - 56.8kg ... We have kept condition nicely while increasing calories. Once gyms are back and we can move some serious weight, I think she’ll be able to handle a lot more food. Everyone’s calories and needs are different, so don’t go off this for you’re own. She had been a lot lower then built her up and back down and now back up again. Increasing your metabolic rate takes time. Every time you cut then increase you should be able to get a little higher each time. The more muscle tissue you create the higher your food will be able to go. This takes time so sit back and enjoy the process

16.01.2022 Client Kirsten’s progress from pre comp-comp Day and now. #Repost @kirstenashlea_pt with @get_repost Chasing progress not perfection ... May 2019 (Start of my 20 week comp prep) September 2019 (Week of my first ICN show) August 2020 Results don’t happen overnight. It takes months and even years to get to where I am today and my goal is to progress even more. Currently sitting at 2500 calories per day and all those extra calories are going right where we want them The key 1. Listen to your coach 2. Stay consistent 3. Don’t be scared of becoming uncomfortable and gaining weight 4. Eat all the carbs 5. Train hard 6. Take baby steps 7. Most of all, enjoy the process Girls don’t be afraid to eat more and train hard. Your body is an amazing thing. Learn to love it in all phases of your journey. Two weeks until I begin an aggressive 8 week mini cut to shred back and see what’s underneath Next show: WBFF PRO/AM 2021 we’re comin @dustynrodgers @evolve_competition_coaching @wbff_aust @wbffentertainment

15.01.2022 10 weeks working online together with the big man @bigtime_fitness10 and slowly chipping away at that body fat while gaining a little muscle. 8kg down so far and with having a life and balance. But we are just getting started

14.01.2022 10 weeks between these check in photos. Can you guess the weight loss? Well it’s only 800grams. This is why scales are not the determining factor of your progress. Take photos, measurements, body fats, weight can be taken but it’s only for data to determine other things that may be going on like stress and more. ... So girls please don’t get fixated on a number but more on how you look and feel. @steff_mitchell kicking goals here.

13.01.2022 Please give our new gyms page a follow on Instagram. @playground_gym

11.01.2022 First Stage Sold Out! Stage Two will come out next week

10.01.2022 In these photos @alexcorbett1 is around the exact same weight. Pre Como prep left Months after we pulled the pin on prep right ... This is another reason scales aren’t a true measurement of progress. Same weight but leaner and holding more muscle hence why the scales say the same. We are about to start a mini cut to take a few layers of body fat off before we push food again and grow. She will be a completely different woman and physique when we finally get her to the stage next year. Keep killing it legend

10.01.2022 @gypsy001 jumped on board with me 4 weeks ago. As you can see we have worked her calories up from 1500 - 2000 over the month and will continue to push calories and grow and set her up for a successful Comp prep next year with @evolve_competition_coaching We have increased calories and she has lost 2kg and looks fuller. Her metabolism is getting back to where it should be and body is less stressed so I expected a drop in weight.

09.01.2022 Today’s check in with @wholenutriion8 6 weeks post comp prep and on to the reverse diet. End prep - 1270 cals - 59.2kg Today - 2000 cals - 62.9kg ... Slowly increasing for Jules and keen to push more when gyms re open. It’s crazy how everyone’s body is so different and just because one plan might work for someone, doesn’t mean it will for another. Even a true and tried method could be completely wrong for someone. Stay in your own lane and don’t compare yourself to anyone else, because guess what? You’re not them.

08.01.2022 Another client killing it! #Repost @sahmowan with @get_repost Growth *me listening to Ass Like That in the background* ... "Shout-ouuuut to my trainer (@dustynrodgers ) cos he crack that whip" See more

07.01.2022 Today’s check in with Samantha Whelan 4 weeks post comp prep and on to the reverse diet. End prep - 2100 cals - 64.4kg Today - 3000 cals - 65.8kg ... We have kept condition nicely while increasing calories. Post comp we are in a great position to grow and this is what this girl is doing. Crazy the amount of food her body wants and can handle.

06.01.2022 Passionate. God I love what I do and helping people. Truely blest to have found what I love.

05.01.2022 Client @bethany_finlay_pole_aerialist back is getting out of hand!

04.01.2022 Today’s check in with @obretto 3 weeks post comp prep. End prep - 2200 cals - 76.7kg Today - 3300 cals (4000 Saturday’s) - 78.7kg ... We have kept condition nicely while increasing calories and is now in a great position to slab on some muscle. Can’t wait to see this guy eventually grace the stage

04.01.2022 It’s not always just about weight loss. This is why I love what I do and making such a positive impact on another. Well done #Repost @katefyander with @get_repost... So many changes between these photos which mostly are mental. After going into lockdown by myself, not seeing my family, going through a few mental health issues I decided it was time to make a few changes. Fast forward to today and my gym sessions at @bekmeadowsfitness are the highlight of my days and I’ve really learned how to eat properly thanks to @dustynrodgers I feel incredibly proud of how I have handled this year and I am the happiest I have ever been See more

04.01.2022 Little physique update. Calories sitting at maintenance. Photo taken after a epic leg session with @obretto in the dungeon. Plans to lose 5-7 kg and tighten up for summer. Sitting at 97kg in the am. Will need to be stricter on myself if I want this though ... 5 x weight sessions 10,000 steps a day 3300 calories on training day’s 500 less on rest days.

01.01.2022 Online client @maighanfogas still chasing those results in lock down. That waistline
