23.01.2022 Feeling that my patients with diabetes are bloody legends - they try and give up sugar for the rest of their lives and it is hard .. meanwhile the rest of us struggle with the idea try and do it for a month for a great challenge! Either way it’s a fantastic act of awareness - challenge your families to give it a go.. I am replacing caffeine with 30 days calmness ( no yelling at kids)..
