15.01.2022 PLEASE READ. Due to the government’s new restrictions we will be temporarily closed from tomorrow (Thursday 26th). We will reschedule everyone once more information about this shut down is available. We are truly sorry that it’s come to this, but please bear with us during these uncertain times. Everyone’s deposits are safe and will be honoured. We had hoped it wouldn’t come to this and had done everything we could to safely keep the doors open, but this decision has b...een taken out of our hands for the good of the community. 07.01.2022 We've finally been given a date we can return to work (Saturday 13th June). There are a few retrictions that have been placed on us that everyone needs to know. -Unfortunately, at this stage, it won't be possible to bring anyone with you. We are limited to 10 customers (with 4 SqM social distancing). -Everyone who comes into the shop has to fill out a contact form (in addition to the waiver).... -You'll have your temperature read (contactless) and be given sanitiser for your hands. -If you are feeling unwell DO NOT COME INTO THE STUDIO. Call and we will re-book your appointment (you won't loose your deosit). We can't wait to get back to doing what we love and look forward to seeing you all again. See more

05.01.2022 Hi everyone, Diabolik Tattoo will be implementing further precautions to protect the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff. The new procedures (in addition to the already beefed up precautions detailed in the previous post) are as follows; - Until further notice we will be conducting business by appointment only. This doesn’t mean we aren’t taking new bookings, it means we won’t be open to just come into the shop. This is to limit the number of people in the sho...p at any one time. - Please come to your booking by yourself. We are quite friendly and love meeting new people, but this isn’t the time for that. All of the artists are super friendly and great company. - All deposits will be honoured. At this stage there is no need to reschedule any booking, but if it does come to that, rest assured your deposit is safe. - Everyone coming into the shop will have their temperate taken by a no-touch infrared thermometer and asked to sanitise their hands with an alcohol based hand sanitiser. Your safety is, as it has always been, our number one priority. We will do everything we can to ensure you are 100% safe. Thanks for hanging in there with us during these tough times. 05.01.2022 The doors are open and we are trading as usual (with some extra precautions). While our standard regime of cleaning is entirely adequate to deal with this situation, we are taking extra steps to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Combine this with each tattooist having their own room and we are a very safe place to get tattooed or pierced. Our extra steps include; ... - No more handshakes or hugs. While this is regrettable, it will only be in place while it is required. - We have upped our already rigorous cleaning regime, sanitising high contact surfaces regularly (door handles, light switches the EFTPOS machine after each use and so on). - We are limiting the people in the tattoo booths to the tattooist and the client (carers and helpers for the physically less able will still be allowed to accompany clients). - We are asking clients to call in regards to rescheduling if they are displaying any signs of illness. Our highest priority here at Diabolik is the safety and comfort of our clients and friends (a lot of you fit into both of those categories). With your continued support you are supporting no fewer than nine families and helping to keep the economy chugging along. We will continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation closely and will implement any (and all) of the government’s recommendations to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.
