07.01.2022 Like anything a customer always wants it all but you cannot have it all. I ask my customers to look at this triangle only two sides can be up at any point as one needs to sit on the table. Your floor an be either; * Good and cheap (but it wont be fast) * Cheap and fast (but it wont be good) * Good and fast (but it wont be cheap)... One of the three needs to always be sacrificed and it is up to the client to decide which is most important to them. Some will argue you can have it all but cheap and fast will always have an impact on the quality that can be provided. If something is good and cheap then it wont be fast. With polished concrete to make it fast we throw more labour at it and labour costs money. So in this case the least and cheapest labour will be used. In saying that then good and fast means we throw the best labour and the most we can and this makes it more expensive.
