I had my digestion plus first thing in the morning I had my morning protein shake half an hour after I had my green balance powder with my water snack: carrots/ celery/ blueberries fizzstick (energy drink ) at about 11 am had salmon and veg for lunch second fizzstick at 2.30 had my shake mixed with Oates (I prepared it the night before so the Oates can fully soak in the shake mix) Still to go And herbal tea before bedtime : drink plenty of water while you are on the program or any cleansing program. Now I realise that my headache was due to not drinking enough water today
