19.01.2022 Dear DCWFC Community, Well the season that wasn’t has come to an end and we need to finalise our books and vote in a new committee for season 2021. We will be holding our AGM on Wednesday 11th November @ 7.30pm via zoom (the link will be posted prior to the meeting on our Facebook pages and website)... As per our constitution https://dcwfc.com.au/constitution/ all positions become vacant and are open for FULL MEMBERS to apply. If you are not a full member, you will need to apply in order to be considered for a committee position. All supporting documentation can be found here: https://dcwfc.com.au/forms/ - Proposed committee structure - Nomination form - Membership form - Proxy As you can see running a club requires many people. We ask that you consider putting up your hand to support our great club to grow and develop. Filling all of these positions is vital for us to be able to operate our club effectively and share the load. Note: Coach and Team Mgr roles are not appointed as part of the AGM. These will be dealt with once the new committee is established. There are still a lot of other roles ie game day roles that are not listed as they are allocated by Team Mgrs.
