23.01.2022 Hi everyone. Moving into the new shop is coming up fast. If you have anything on hold or a stash, PLEASE COLLECT BY 4th September 5pm, if it is not collected EVERYTHING will be RETURNED TO SHELVES.... 21.01.2022 Morning everyone, yes Friday ha arrived again and it's Friday the 13th for those of you who are superstitious drive careful. Just want to thank everyone for your business, coming into the shop and supporting us by recommending us to your friends and family is wonderful. Thank you we wouldn't be here without you. Christmas isn't far away so if you have some framing you need done for Christmas please bring it in as soon as you can.... Gift vouchers are now available for Christmas, birthdays and all other occasions. There are a few tray organisers still available, various sizes and prices. Made by Bev and Gary. 21.01.2022 Morning everyone. Opening day has arrived 10 am start, and we're so excited to show you the new shop. 229 Charters Towers Road, Hot Pink and Black building opposite Police Station. Please sign when you arrive.. There is hand sanitiser, gloves and masks, please use what you feel is appropriate. Maximum of 10 in the store at one time however we have some tea, coffee and light snacks in the carport for either while you wait or after you have had a look.... Business hours are 10 - 5 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and saturday. If you need an outside of hours appointment please ring during business hours and I will do my best to accommodate you. Closed Sunday and Monday. Please understand if you try to get in touch on these days or outside of normal hours, your enquiry or call will be returned on the next business day. The biggest thank you to my son Ryan and his friend Claude who painted the building, to my daughter Kirsty who set up and entered the computer stuff, my wonderful husband who has been doing the changes that needed to be done and of course my dear friend Barb who has been here every day all day helping put this together and putting up with my meltdowns . Bev and Gary Bosel have made a drill stand especially for Diamond Dot Heaven's opening. I will post photographs a bit later. It for using when your doing your painting so you can have some of each of your colours out at all time and not have to pack them up each time. 18.01.2022 Afternoon everyone, yes I’m so late with this post I know but we are here with a few new ones. Business first. Thanks for having us Charters Towers. We will be back on the 2nd of November from 10 - 4, and with help from a couple of local customers who have offered to help spread the word. Burdekin ladies we will be with you on the 12 th of October and you will also have the chance to put a ticket in for the draw of the hot pink drill stand. Very kindly made for the opening ...of the new shop by Bev and Gary Bosel. We will draw the drill stand on the 15 th October and put the winners name on the page. I’m going to be staying open until 7 on Thursday nights for anyone who can’t make it through the day. Hours for the shop are now 10-5 Tuesday-Saturday. Facebook posts, please understand that the work phone stays at work, so if you message or comment on Facebook and I haven’t got back to you it’s either after hours or if in business hours I may be with customers. I’ll get to Facebook as soon as I can and if there is more that one person wanting the same painting, the first person to comment will be the one who gets it. There will be a 7 day hold if it has not been collected on the next Friday it will be returned to stock. Enough serious stuff. It’s been great to see so many regulars and new people come into the shop and it’s wonderful to hear how much you love the shop. We love hearing how easy we are to find.

18.01.2022 Morning everyone Wednesday and the excitement is building quickly for the start of the move. Already had a few messages with FOUND IT, as in people who have spotted the building. If you see it please post FOUND IT to the page but don't reveal the address so we can all have some fun. Just a reminder this Friday is last trading day at 30 latchford St pimlico. Please collect anything you have put away, if its not collected it will go back into stock. We will be closed for 10 day...s. Opening at the new shop on Tuesday 15th September 10 am. 16.01.2022 Morning everyone sorry I haven't done the usuall Facebook post this week. Put the new stock straight on to the shelves this week. Please come and check them out.... I'll make sure we have some for Facebook next week for those of you who are unable to pop in. Exciting news we have finally signed a lease. . So glad that part is over, however we are going to keep the location a secret for now, as we have a bit of work to do. The opening date is still being determined depending on circumstances. 14.01.2022 Afternoon everyone, I know it's not Friday , but I have some news to share. As most of you know I have been looking for a retail shop so we can offer you some extra things that we can't do here. We now have secured a premises, keeping the location quiet for now until we do a bit of setting up, before we give you an address to check out. . I know you guys so well. Due to the work its going to take I am going to close the shop for 10 days to give myself and friends the best... possible chance to present you with a great first impression. Closure dates are - last day trade Friday 4th September. Reopen in new premises on Tuesday 15th September. New hours will be 10 am - 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday. We will be in the Burdekin on the 31st August for our usual visit. We are very pleased to let our customers in Charters Towers know we will be bringing Diamond Dot Heaven to you about every 6 weeks. First visit is on Monday the 21st of September and will be at 69 Hackett terrace. Times will be 9.30am - 4pm. Cash and card available. Please spread the word and we hope to see you there. 10.01.2022 Morning everyone, yes Friday is here again. This will be the last Friday Post from Latchford St. Next one will be Friday 17th September from the new shop. Unfortunately some stock wasn't complete so we will keep them aside until they are good to go. Hope you enjoy them. 09.01.2022 Hi everyone, this Friday has come so quickly. Thought I would share a video of the shop this week. New shop at 229 Charters Towers road opened on Tuesday, what a wonderful day the ladies from the Burdekin made the trip to celebrate with us. Lots of regulars also came to check out the new shop. By all accounts everyone has given it the thumbs up. Bev Bosel has made a drill stand and painted it in our colours and it is blinged beautifully for a give away for the opening. So do...n’t forget to fill in your ticket when you come in before the end of the month. Hours for the shop are 10 -5 Tuesday to Saturday. Out of hours appointments can be made if necessary. I’m going to trial thursdays until 7pm for a month and see if there is a need, if there is I’m happy to continue that forward. For those in Charters Towers we will be there this Monday from 10 - 4 at 69 Hackett tce. 07.01.2022 Morning everyone. Yes it's time again for the Friday Facebook Post. This week it's Disney. I know many of you have been waiting patiently for them. Please understand that the shop is very very busy when Disney is available and in store customers are a priority. So while the Facebook post may not show that the item is SOLD, it maybe sold and I haven't been able to get to the page to mark it. I will get to Facebook when time permits , but as you will understand I'm just one per...son but will do my best. I encourage in store shopping where possible for Disney as you can see what's here. For out of town customers, you are so important to me, I will hold and ask you to direct debit to my account and please send me a snap shot (only once I've said its yours) within 48 hours. Facebook Friday to reveal our new address for those of you who didn’t spot the hot pink and black shop at 229 Charters Towers Road, opposite the police station, free choise and the post office. Opening on Tuesday 15th at 10 am. There will be a sign in, sign out book just inside the door please use us as I don’t want to be fined. There will be masks and gloves available for those that wish to use them and of coarse hand sanitiser. Arrows on the floor to fol...low. If there is more than 10 people at once you will be asked to come through to the carport and have a nibble and drink as you wait to go in. If you can stagger your times throughout the day that would be helpful. New hours for the shop will be 10 am until 5pm Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
