12.01.2022 November is traditionally the time for makers’ markets to be held across our branches at Yarra Plenty Regional Library, while we can't meet in person to explore the talents of local makers we are highlighting the makers online... Lumina Candles was established in 2016 with the goal of producing quality home fragrance items at affordable prices. Each product is made to order by Angela, the founder of Lumina Candles. All our products are made from quality base ingredients sourced from a variety of Australian suppliers. We have a range of glassware and fragrances to choose from.
