04.01.2022 As Advent draws near, can't you just feel the peaceful spirit in the air? Perhaps not! I am reminded that if we keep following the same patterns, we will keep getting the same results. Sacred Patterns has been my journey of seeking to examine and mold my Patterns so that the Advent season can be one of joy and peace ... I hope that your experience with it brings similar relief! "As I sit here in my borrowed bed, rugged up in an old cozy jumper and blankets, I can hear the si...nging chants of the monks’ morning prayers. The melodic singing murmurs among the sleepy sounds of morning. As I listen to the warm tones of their voices unfurling through the morning birdsong, try as I might I just can’t quite make out the individual words. For some strange reason, I sense that the words aren’t important right now. Instead of trying to strain to decipher the words, I instead sit and let the melodic song wash over me."
