14.01.2022 Not feeling so zesty? I get it and have had some days like this. Here's some tips I use:... - Notice your state of mind. This is a skill and builds emotional intelligence. - Notice what gives you energy and make note of these things. Is it talking w particular people? Is it going for a walk or a hobby? - When you notice your state is a little low, consciously choose to do the things that give you energy. 12.01.2022 It's been a huge month of virtual delivery of a couple of projects that were to be 6 full days of face to face delivery, turning into 12 x 3/4 days online. I knew it was going to be a big month and despite ensuring I did everything to support myself including quality sleep, good food etc, I noticed yesterday my energy wasn't my normal zesty self. I could have beaten myself up about this however instead, I chose self care. I took myself off for quite a long nap after the day...'s delivery. Not sure that I slept however I did rest and had an easy evening. No cooking for me as we have a system in our house of each adult, I have adult sons plus one of their partners and my husband, each having a night to cook. Best system ever! So an easy night and to ensure my energy was shifted, I started my morning with some music and one song/clip that always shifts my energy I share with you here. Plus a few of my other faves. WHAT DO YOU DO TO SHIFT YOUR ENERGY? Do you even notice your energy levels? I encourage you to start observing your energy, reflect on things that have shifted your energy in the past and explore things that might be worth experimenting with in the future. 07.01.2022 Held this now since 2011 and now working towards MCC - Master Certified Coach. It's quite a journey with over 2500 hours of coaching required which I have and now I am focused on my mentoring hours. People ask me why be credentiallied and my response is to check where my coaching is at, ensuring alignment to the competencies and stretching myself to continually strengthen my coaching skills. I also believe it is important to be aligned to ethics and guidelines. Being a coac...h isn't just a course and hey presto! It is an ongoing focus of learning, growing and commitment. I love it and are honoured to be a thought partner with people I work with.

Drawing on what I have learnt through ongoing training, tools that I have gathered, my knowledge of the brain and insights gained through coaching others, I constantly tap into these resources to support myself to be resilient, to move from times of feeling limited to being unlimited and to be the best version of myself as a leader so that I can make a difference for others.
