PHASE 5 "THE HANK REELING MACHINE" Manufactured in Germany by Croon & Lucke, the Hanker winds yarn from bobbins into a hank or skein ready for sale or dyeing into our vibrant colour selection in the Dye House. Today you will see our colleague Sandra working on some of our 20 Ply yarn production, shifting the bobbins from another of our Dandy Rover machines, onto the Hanker, skilfully threading and loading up, stay with us..then voila! Just like that, we have a row of 20 Ply Hanks ready for their imminent destinyDye House or Natural? Well that depends on what our lovely customers are requesting right now or what needs restocking in our Retail Store upstairs. Next week, we head into the Dye House where the colour magic happens!
